1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship within Austria, to all European Union countries as well as world wide. 

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that during high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Austria: 1–3 business days

  • European Union: 2–5 business days

  • Rest of the world: 5-9 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, customs procedures, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination, package size, and weight.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable offers will be clearly displayed on our website.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your delivery status online.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped within the European Union, no additional customs duties apply.

For deliveries outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or other charges imposed by local authorities.

7. Delivery Issues

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

9. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful due to absence or refusal, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the parcel to us.

Any additional costs resulting from failed delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.

10. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it. Changes are not permitted. Once order is processed, no cancellations are permitted.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
